Hello BCMCL Family, Online Registrations !!!! With the start of the BCMCL 2024 season please note that both the player and club registration process has been moved to an online platform which means that no manual registrations forms are required to be sent in. Videos on the drive below will assist clubs and players with the process however a summary of the process is as follows: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1niE6G72wNDNr1ZmlLu5bFSjNl41yxe1b Club Registration: 1) The club will initiate the process via logging in to their online portal via the club admin access. 2) The form needs to be completed in full with 100 % accurate information and in the event of BC registered society the certificate needs to be uploaded as well. 3) Once the registration has been submitted the recipients will be notified. 4) Although the registration deadline has passed however for the sake of better data management all clubs are asked to do the needful again for the 2024 season. Player Registration: 1) All players have to initiate the registration process from their side by logging in on the portal. 2) For the first time the userid will be the player BCMCL ID number and password will be the date of birth with a format of MMDDYYYY. Once you login please access the preference section and change / update your password. 3) Once the player has logged in all details needs to be entered which needs to be 100 % accurate along with a recent personal picture. 4) The form once completed in full needs to be submitted for the club admin to review / approve and accordingly once approved by the club admin the BCMCL statistician will be notified for approval. 5) Players registering for the first time will be provided an ID number after the registration process has been completed in full and an automated email will be sent to them with their login credentials. 6) Similar process needs to be followed for any player who wants to change the club ( all BCMCL existing rules apply). 7) With this change please note that all registration forms sent in for the 2024 will be de-activated and the above process will have to be followed by everyone. 8) The 2024 season has not yet been created pending approvals so while choosing club / teams the 2023 season details can be used. While we appreciate that the process is new however very simple to follow and this will allow all individuals to be taking onus for they own registrations and assist club admins.
